THE TRIFECTA OF LIVING YOUR BEST LIFE

450 Words | 1 Min 30 Sec Read

What does it actually mean to live your best life? Is it about the money that you make? What is the size of your family? How successful are you in your career, or how happy do you end up being?

This is a question that’s been pondered for centuries. Everyone wants to know how to live the best life that they possibly can and what pillars they need to focus on in order to do so.

Amongst all the noise and the different ideologies, there have always been 3 pillars that come out on top: 3 things you need to focus on in order to live the best life that you possibly can.

  • Health

  • Wealth

  • Happiness

These three pillars of life have always been the trifecta of living the best life that you possibly can because:

If you can master wealth, you can live a life of freedom, abundance, and luxury.

If you can master health, you can live a life of longevity, flexibility, comfort, and confidence.

And if you can master your mindset, you can live a life of happiness, contentment, fulfilment, and utter peace and enjoyment.

Next come the likes of having a purpose and connection; however, those 3 pillars are tupically achieved in the pursuit of fulfilling your purpose, therefore everything falls into place.

Those 3 pillars really make up the trifecta of living the best life you possibly can—a life that is entirely within your control and at your disposal.

This isn’t new news either; this has been reinforced by some of the greatest minds to ever live, from stoics to world leaders, which makes it clear as day what is really important in life.

So, the question becomes, how can you make sure that you maximise those 3 pillars in order to live the best life that you possibly can?

Well, that's a newsletter for another day. In the meantime, keep your eyes peeled for the launch of Kaizen Connected on April 30th.

An education community that's all about growing your mind, body, and wallet

ACTIONABLE NEXT STEPS:

Whenever you find yourself overwhelmed or seemingly lost in life, remember that it all comes back to 3 pillars and as long as you’re making them a primary focus on growth, you’re doing all that needs to be done.

LESSON OF THE DAY ⤵️

“What if it’s too late for me to improve?”

Anonymous

Who says it's too late? What classifies ‘too late’? These are the questions you need to ask yourself, and when you come to a conclusion, you’ll realise that there is no such thing as ‘too late’.

Self-improvement isn’t something that has a timeline or a time limit.

It's the reason why monks never stop understanding and millionaires never stop learning, because there is no such thing.

Self-improvement is a never-ending journey, and that's half the point of it.
