🌳 The reason you have problems...

QUOTE OF THE DAY SHARE ME!

"Nature has given us all the pieces required to achieve exceptional wellness and health, but has left it to us to put these pieces together.”Diane McLaren

In simple terms, everything we need to have a prosperous life we already have. Nature finds problems and solves them and has done since the beginning of time through adaptation. We are now at a point where for every natural problem that occurs there is a natural solution. We just have to find it.

YOU CREATE YOUR OWN PROBLEMS.

99% Of problems are created with your own mind. It's not something you probably want to hear because you probably want to blame some sort of external factor as that makes you feel better about yourself however, it's true.

You create 99% of your problems and even for the ones you don't, you can create the solution.

There's an extreme case of lack of accountability in the modern day. People blame others for problems that occur when really it's just you vs you.

Really taking accountability for your own situation is a fantastic thing because it means there is only one way forward.

You blame yourself and grow from it.

If you blame others then ultimately you're not in control of the situation. Someone else is and you're just being affected by it so flip that on its head, no matter how much control you have over the situation,

take accountability for the parts you can control and take action to resolve them.

It's true that no one understands your problems and you may be frustrated to hear this but The Kaizen is about being brutely truthful in order to help you grow. If we were to beat around the bush on these kinds of topics then we are not serving you to our full potential.

Take control of what you can and don't spend a second of time worrying about the rest because if you can't control it then it's just valuable time wasted.

It is important however to be as self-aware as possible of the parts you can control. A lot of you reading this may agree but not be 110% aware of the power you have over the situation and typically it's much more than you think it will just cost time, effort and sacrifice to uncover it. If the circumstance is worth that much to you then it is most definitely worth it.

The majority of problems however are created in your own head. Everything is a perception of what you have been taught and experienced therefore what you consider a problem may not be in reality. For example, a common one is feeling self-conscious when you're in public. Maybe you're having a bad hair day or you think people are judging the way you look when in reality no one cares about you. Everyone is thinking the same thing about themselves and is so focused on how they present themselves that it's all they're focused on.

Remember that if you're not in control of your own head, feelings and thoughts then you are ultimately powerless and someone else has control over you.

ACTIONABLE NEXT STEPS:

Have a think about the problems in your own life, what parts of them do you have control over and which parts of them do you have control over but are telling yourself you don't?

TAKEAWAYS:

A strong mindset creates impenetrable wall into your emotions and behaviour.
