Challenges that are said to ‘transform’ your life in a set amount of days have been around since the birth of the internet, ranging from 30-day ab challenges to 15-day fasting challenges, and even more modern ones such as ‘75 Hard', there is no shortage of them.

These challenges are comprised of a set amount of rules that you have to stick to for a set amount of time, such as 75 hard, which consists of 5 rules such as working out twice a day, drinking a gallon of water, reading 10 pages of a book, etc. The problem with these, however, is that they are heavily focused on improving your physical self; 75 soft, 50 hard, and 30 tough are just a few examples, yet these challenges tend to ignore some crucial components of self-growth.

That's why we created Project Kaizen. We understood this problem and decided to create our own superior movement.

Here are the six rules and how you can take part.

  • Do something to improve your physical self.

  • Do something to improve your mental self.

  • Produce something- anything!

  • Do something that makes you uncomfortable.

  • Stick to the clean diet that you chose.

  • Make one new connection a week.

Every single day for 100 days straight, no compromises, no excuses—if you fail, you start again.

This challenge isn’t designed just to make you healthier or smarter, but to grow your personal brand and income, refocus your mind, and build a community of like-minded people around you. This challenge is built so you can start taking control of your own life, especially as a young, ambitious person.

To really take advantage of this challenge, it’s best to document your journey. Show your everyday challenges and the progress that you’re making, and others will start to join you, which will only add to the benefits.
