NATURE IS THE BEST MEDICINE

Mother nature is the ultimate problem solver yet the majority of people tend to ignore it. Your body is a result of tens of hundreds of thousands of years of adaptation through wars, viruses, diseases, and cancers which is incredible yet you poison it.

You fill your body with pills, chemicals, and acids in an attempt to feel better. You see, at The Kaizen, we are by no means medical experts of any kind but it's clear as day that the modern world positions itself with what we are told is good.

We have a headache? Pills. We have a sore throat? Pills Humans shouldn't get sick naturally which means that you are doing something unnatural that ends up damaging you. When you break it down to bare truths and lies you'll realise that not only are the majority of what you perceive as sickness just in your head but a lot of the minor things can be solved naturally.

You have a headache? Did you bang your head recently? If yes, you just need rest, if no, have you had enough water today? You see, there is a natural solution to a lot of these minor things that don't require a pill or two that are messing up your insides more than you know it.

A lot of people tend to wonder why they get sick, feel drowsy, feel tired or just not themselves yet the food they eat is awful. you have to treat your body as a machine and the fuel that you give it has a huge impact on how it ultimately performs whether it's efficient and effective or not.

You wouldn't dream of filling your petrol car up with diesel yet you do that to yourself relentlessly. Your diet can have the biggest impact on your mood & personality which ultimately decides how you perform. Don't poison yourself with the food and drink that you consume and then take pills to try and counter it. Kill it off at the source & change your diet to clean and healthy food and watch all your levels spike and experience true mental clarity.

There are countless studies on how a good diet and a strong mindset have killed some of the worst illnesses and the data on life expectancy etc is not to be ignored.
