You Need To Get Your Foundations Straight...
You need to get your foundations straight. Your foundations are what your life is built on. It's the core underlining concrete that will facilitate growth on top of it, and if your foundations aren't as strong as they can be, whatever you try to build on top will crumble before your very eyes.

GET YOUR FOUNDATIONS STRAIGHT
400 Words | 1 Min 27 Sec Read
You need to get your foundations straight.
Your foundations are what your life is built on. It's the core underlining concrete that will facilitate growth on top of it, and if your foundations aren't as strong as they can be, whatever you try to build on top will crumble before your very eyes.
Your foundations consist of a few things, all of which you have most likely heard before but need to hear again. Here they are:
Mindset is number 1.
Don’t click off this email yet; it's not a wishy-washy beat around the bush “Your mindset needs to be strong”, we are getting into the grit of it:
You are lacking accountability.
You may not want to hear it, but you likely do. This is accountability for where you are in your life; whether it's your fault or not, you need to be accountable for your current situation because, even if it wasn’t your mistake that put you in your current position, you’re in control of how you react to that mistake.
You need to have the controller of your own life, and that can only be done by taking accountability for where you are in your life.
“It may not be your fault, but goddam, it is your responsibility."
Secondly, there is your mission. Your mission is what is going to give you purpose every day and reason to wake up every morning. If you’re lost on what your mission is, you need to start adjusting your scope.
You may not know what you want to do with your life, but if you know what you want your future life to look like, then you have more of an idea than you think.
Health is second to none.
If your health is not in perfect condition, then you're doing yourself a disservice. The status of your body will indicate how well your mind functions. If you have foggy thoughts, it's what you eat. If you get bad sleep, your mind will not function to its fullest potential. 99% of problems with the mind can be reverse-engineered back to your health, so let this be a wake-up call.
You need to focus on two things: the fuel you put in your body and how much you use your body.
Treat your body like your dream car, because with that perspective, I'm sure you’re more likely to look after it.
ACTIONABLE NEXT STEPS:
Treat this email like a wake-up call. If it doesn't resonate with you, that’s a good thing because most likely it means your health and mindset are in check, but if it does push a button, that’s a sign that you have some work to do.
TAKEAWAYS:
Make it a daily thing to work on your health and mindset; all you need is 30 minutes of each, and you can keep them in check with no problem.
To conclude:
Mindset:
Taking more accountability
Finding your mission
Health:
Being conscious of what you put in your body
Being conscious of how you use your body

LESSON OF THE DAY ⤵️
Money ≠ Success.
Though it's an important aspect of measuring success, it's not the only factor.
Success is also about the connections you build, the experiences you gather, and the wisdom you attain in life.
