TAX OF IGNORANCE

Did you know that you’re being taxed every single day behind your own back?

What If you were told that this tax is costing you $10,000 every single month...

Yeah, that would piss pretty much anyone off.

Well, it's true. It costs you $10k a month for every month that you don’t know how to make $10k.

This is known as the tax of ignorance; you are essentially being taxed by life for now knowing things.

You’re being taxed $100 a day for not knowing how to make $100 a day.

Now admittedly, this all sounds a bit silly, and you’re probably thinking, "Oh, am I being taxed $1 billion a day for not knowing how to make $1 billion a day?”

Ultimately, yes, you are, but there is a realistic aspect to being taxed on your potential future because you don’t know how to create it.

It's a massive mindset switch to take onboard, but once you understand it and embrace it, you won’t look back. It’s just like you’re also missing out on living your dream life because you don’t know how to build the systems around you in order to live it.

Or you’re missing out on millions in retirement because you don’t know how to invest.

But lucky for you, there is a simple fix to this: just learn how to do it.

The way to get rid of the tax of ignorance is by stopping being ignorant.

You develop the skills, build an understanding, and actually go out of your way to improve yourself in these areas.

By no means is this an easy finger-snap process; this is a process that can take decades to complete. However, it’s important to know that you have to start with education.

ACTIONABLE NEXT STEPS:

The gap between where you are now and where you want to be is simply knowledge that you're not yet aware of.

Because, as frustrating as it may be, you don’t know what you don’t know.

So make learning a part of your daily routine—books, podcasts, whatever you can get your hands on.

Learn, take action, and repeat.

LESSON OF THE DAY ⤵️

“How does an 18-year old fresh out of high school start getting ahead of everyone in college?”

- Anonymous

You look at what everyone else is doing, and you do the opposite.

No, seriously, if you want to get ahead of others, then you need to be willing to do what others aren’t doing.

Not to the extreme, but just in general. When others are living day by day, you need to be living a month ahead.

When others are sacrificing long-term plays for short-term wins, you need to be sacrificing short-term wins for long-term plays.
