HOW TO BECOME HIGH VALUE

Becoming a high-value individual is one of the best transformations you can make in your lifetime; in fact, it's less of a transformation and more of a lifestyle choice, and if you don’t yet see the importance of it, that's okay. This edition is to teach you the basic attributes of high value people and why they are so important.
The main reason to strive to become a high-value individual is because if you want to attract high-value things, high-value partners, high-value opportunities, and high-value circles of people, then you need to be high-value yourself. You can’t be a slap bang average person and expect excellent things to come your way; in order to attract them, you have to become the person who would naturally have them.
That's the trick: don’t chase high-value things, but become high-value yourself, and those things will come your way. Here are some things that make a person highly valued that you can start working on today:
The first thing is your integrity and beliefs. This doesn’t mean you have to believe in certain things to be a high-value person, but you have to stand up for what you believe.
In a world where thoughts of opinions and beliefs are pushed upon you every day, it is increasingly harder to know what you should believe and stick to. This may be because you want to impress people or fit in, but there is nothing more noble than someone who sticks to what they believe in and stands up for whats right.
Secondly, your mental and physical state should be non-negotiable. Having a strong physical presence is a sign of discipline, consistency, and loyalty to yourself, and the same goes with your mental strength. You need to be able to withstand discomfort and stress to prove that you can get through difficult situations and not crack under pressure.
The third thing that shows high value is the level of someone's ambition. High ambition and the drive to change something in the world are signs of a high-value person. The thing that separates high-value people from average people is how many lives they want to impact, this can also be seen in the same light as having a purpose or a mission.
And finally, their level of stoicism and confidence. Stoicism is the ability to deal with any situation in a level-headed and controlled manner. Its understanding is that things don’t happen to you, but they happen for you, and your level of confidence is the level of security you have within yourself.
ACTIONABLE NEXT STEPS:
Becoming a high-value person doesn’t happen overnight; it's a lifestyle transformation that can take years and years to come to fruition, so don’t sweat the instant change. Work on small building blocks, becoming better and better every day.
